Each rate is a complete package. Including full round trip transfers from Singapore, daily meals

A Room with More than a View

Garden Suites

Cool during the day and totally romantic at night, each suite cocoons you within the lush, natural foliage and is only a minute’s walk to the beach.

Our garden suites have a balcony and a day bed for two, giving guests the option of air conditioning or nature’s fresh aromas.

Built using eco-friendly materials, these bamboo-made suites are elegantly crafted for style, comfort and privacy.


Beachfront Suites

Beachfront guests step out onto powder-white sand and stunning views of the lagoon. Set among lush green foliage with the sound of the waves gently lapping the shore, these suites are located on two separate wings of the island.

The East Wing boasts a beautiful sunrise and a great view of the seaplane landing on the water. It faces the larger lagoon and is closer to the Water Sport Centre.

The West Wing looks out onto beautiful fishing boats that create the idyllic backdrop for a breathtaking sunset. They are closer to the mangroves, and offers a great spot for snorkelling just off the beach.


Deluxe Beachfront Suites

The Deluxe Beach Villas come with the option of a separate Lounge/Living Room that can be used as a great place to entertain or to simply sit in peace and read a good book.

The Deluxe Beach Villa also come with the option of a second tented-safari bedroom suite next door  perfect for families and friends.

Overwater Suites

There are 6 Overwater Suites on the East and 5 on the West.

Each bungalow is luxurious yet not opulent with wooden interiors, and a large double level sun deck overlooking the crystal-blue lagoon.

An intimate escape above the water, these Suites are spacious yet cozy. There are steps that lead right into the lagoon allowing you to slip into the glimmering water. The sun deck is just perfect for lazing away the day and sea gazing.

  • Daily meals (breakfast, lunch and à la carte dinner) and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Round trip transfers from Singapore via Batam (car, ferry & seaplane)
  • Minibar (unlimited Bawah mineral water)
  • Full unpacking service on arrival
  • Daily laundry service (no dry cleaning on island)
  • Beach towels and snorkeling equipment.
  • WiFi Internet connection / In-room USB recharging plug.
  • Surface watersports (paddle board, kayak, sailing, boat trips around lagoon)
  • Other island activities such as wellness centre, hiking, open air cinema, star gazing, bird watching
  • Service charge & existing government taxes (if tax levels change during contract period the hotel reserves right to adjust rates)

Rates are in USD, per night on double occupancy basis, include service and taxes. Rates do not include alcoholic beverages, motorized water sports and diving.

  • Minimum age of guests is 10 years old

  • PEAK = A minimum of 5 nights is required.
  • ALL OTHER SEASONS = A minimum of 3 nights required.


  • Check-in from 1200 hrs
  • Check-out is at 1000 hrs
  • Up to 1400 hrs = 50% charge
  • After 1400 hrs = 100% charge


  • STAY 4 PAY 3, combinable for multiple nights (ie stay 8 nights pay 6 nights )
  • Applicable all seasons except Peak


  • Cancellations will be accepted with no charge up to 21 days before arrival for low, shoulder and High
  • Cancellations within 21 – 11 days before arrival will be charge 50% of total stay due.
  • Cancellation 10 – 0 days before arrival will be charged 100%
  • Cancellations must be confirmed in writing prior to the minimum notice dates.
  • No refund applicable for no-show, days not used due to early check out or delayed arrivals.
  • PEAK season bookings are non-refundable.


  1. 35% deposit required at time of booking for all seasons apart from PEAK.
  2. Balance due 21 days prior to arrival.
  3. Bookings made within 21 days of arrival, 100% payment required at time of booking.
  4. If monies not received by the “21 day limit” the booking will be cancelled and any deposit forfeited.
  5. Payment must be by credit card or bank transfer to the designated account on the invoice issued at time of confirmation.
  6. PEAK – 100% non-refundable payment must be received at time of booking
